The controls are as responsive, D-pad works just fine. No issues whatsoever. Overall I would recommend this Microsoft one despite its cost as it is well made.

Should've known from buying an open box product. Don't know how much screening is done when controllers are returned.

I shoot, couple seconds later. vibrate.

I did care that it was supposed to come with all accessories, but it did not have any batteries, it was supposed to. even stated on the box that it comes with batteries and the sticker on the box said nothing was missing. wrong! batteries were missing.

But getting a wireless adapter seemed to fix the issue other than that pretty good controller.
