This is the 3rd controller from Best Buy that’s done this even after re-calibration!! Don’t buy controllers from this store!

The capture button would be cool, if I was 6. Sticks will both randomly die and not reboot. And my 2 week free game pass ultimate was used already!! We’ll never do business with Best Buy again
