Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i know it has been awhile since i purchased this item-but was very sad to find out that it was all scuffed up-thought it was brand new! and we are not able to plug in head phones cuz it will not work either-so someone must have returned these defective and somehow (probably totally by accident) returned them on the shelf-guarantee if i ever purchase something like this again-i will defiantly open them before i pay for them-and no i did not purchase the extended warranty-never thought i would have an issue with something brand new-being used.

Cool alternative color for xbox

THe xbox elite 2.0 and xbox x series controllers feel more premium than this one. I got it on discount open box and paid only 40 to 50 bucks for it!

The support answers have been less than helpful, suggesting I update firmware and whatnot. I've done everything they said. It seems like they just have a broken interface.

However, I don't like the grip of it because it feels a bit rough on the surface. All in all, it's still a must-have controller for Xbox games.
