Bought this as a birthday present...he loves it! Just what he wanted with all the bells and whistles!

Bought this for my husband and he loves it! Excellent controller response for every movement and the graphic design really pops!

Got this during preorder of game. It sat on the shelf for over two months before the game was released. When the came came in the mail i used the remote for barely a mo th before the right joystick started showing signs of drift. As a week ago the dirft became so bad the controller was unusable. Very disappointed in an $80 controller being such a piece of chepa garbage. Since i preordered by the time i used it and it became an issue, it was past the return period.

Wish I had other options but I needed a controller...

Lasted just past the warranty date, now won’t work. To spend over $70 on something that lasted less than 6 months is terribly disappointing.

I really love the controller and the color scheme its a massive improvement over the old xbox one controller.

Works, but a week in the headphone jack wasn't working. The controller from my Xbox did the same thing so I bought this one at my local best buy. I eventually just switched to wireless headphones so I don't get this head ache anymore

With major gamers in the household this controller works really well. I have not had any issues with its performance.

Same dependable controller Microsoft is known for. Like the different color options available now.

Works as it should, but only 4 stars as the series x gen controllers seem to have sharper edges along the seems of the controller and build quality seems a bit cheaper in the button contacts.

Pretty color, didn’t last long. It started drifting just a couple months of owing it.

My son loves this controller and uses it with the console and his computer. The blue ombré color is lovely.

Stick drift in less than 6 months :( luckily I bought the replacement plan and will be getting it replaced for free.

Came into the store after buying my warranty on the previous controller, simple and easy process.

Second week it had a glitch. Buttons where not working properly and just moving in whatever direction when you tried to select something.

Love the color and the grips. The rubber on the grips keeps it from slipping off my recliner when i set the controls down.

The best controller I’ve ever had, comfortable and the capture button is really useful for clips! Must buy if you want a new controller.
