I'm not sure what the matterial is, but the Daystrike Camo version is smoother than the other two I have. It also doesn't have the textured grip on the outside half of the controller handles like I've been enjoying with the white and black ones. I'm not sure if this was because, with the decal-like design it would cause problems for printing. At the end of the day, 3 stars might seem harsh, but for the price going UP but the overall quality going down in general, I'd highly recommend sticking with controllers that don't forego features for style.

I was a bit disappointed with the weight of it though. It is not as heavy as a Xbox series s or x remote. Overall great remote. It is so worth it for the design on it.
