It only works wired and not wirelessly. Everybody seems to have this problem right now. Please update to fix this issue asap.

We're sorry that there's an issue with using your Xbox wireless controller with your Windows 10 PC. First, we recommend that you have the latest Windows update installed. To do this, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app.

Bought it to play Warzone 2.0 with but the horizontal sensitivity is off, very off. At times it would not move any at all, and other times it would veer so far left/right, I would end up doing a 360. The return date passed so I cannot return it. It is almost as if they are aware of the issue to provide for such a short period.
