Each one has different issues. They were calibrated, to no avail. Highly disappointed. These things aren't cheap.

We're sorry there's an issue with the audio on your new Xbox wireless controller. To increase the volume on your headset while using your Xbox, press the Xbox button and scroll down to the speaker button under "Audio & music." From there, you can increase or decrease headset volume.
