I have had cheaper, off brands last a very long time, so didn't think saving it was a problem. I bought, but didn't start using it until recently so it is outside the 90 day warranty. I would have used it right away if i knew it was going to be an issue!!

These China manufactured products overall made of inferior materials and inferior craftsmanship. Although I purchased it during the Christmas season it was for a birthday gift last week which apparently after my return date. The controller is not working we’ve changed the batteries and have tried it on another system. Same problem.
