They charge you more money for the exact same controller but this one has less durability. I've been through more xbox controllers then Playstation. They are very fragile to falls.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.

Return window was up, so I sent it back to Microsoft for repair, and month later drift started back up. Will not buy a Xbox controller from Best Buy again. I have never had a issue with a Xbox controller

They break within 4 months or so, with the joysticks starting to have the drift issue. Known issue. Easily preventable and didn't happen with 360 controllers. Infinite money-grab by Microsoft.

Would have just given it 5 stars but it costs more than the standard colors. They also removed the texturized grip which is the real issue. It's smooth which makes it slippery, and just feel weird in your hand. The lack of texture also makes it sweaty and unpleasant to use for very long.
