If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.

My first controller broke within a month the right trigger just start sticking. This is very disheartening as that’s one huge thing the Xbox had Against it was it’s crappy controllers.

Won't power on even when connected with a usb cable. Microsoft has no repair options. Never had an issue with any other controller breaking. Bad product quality and bad support.
