This controller was horrible it stop working right after 15 days go figure and guess what you can’t take it back so I will never get another one from Best Buy again

Bought one for instore pickup, everything seemed good, went online to register it and there is only 1 month left from the 6 month warranty Microsoft gives, I was sold a used product for the new price, the 14 day trial code in the box was also already redeemed.

I have bought more control with the series x then any other console I ever had before. They constantly break break stick drift,buttons sticking etc. Thses new controllers are cheep trash.

Had to return the controller for a replacement less than a year later. Luckily it was covered under the Best Buy protection but it was a replacement as the part was not available.

A little over a month of light use on my PC and the right rigger is already sticking to the point it is unusable any longer. I should have known better. This is my 4th Xbox controller in the past 10 years or so and each and every one develops some sort of issue over time.

This is junk! Purchased 2 of these for my grandkids for Christmas and they have already gone out. Do NOT BUY THESE! No warranty!

The control was good except for the fact the aux part didn't function correctly the sound came out static and I had it for 2 days unacceptable considering that I barely even got to use it it was the last one and now there's none I would give a 0 if I could and not to bewt buy

Junk, same quality issues as the other but worse the audio output from the headphone jack is way too low compared to other controllers I own. Steer clear of this color model there is a reason BestBuy is selling this cheaper than the other colors. So disappointing.

Left trigger sticking after 3 weeks. Very disappointing

Left thumb stick is reading as being pressed in. Just outside the warranty time. This is with limited use and only by me. The quality of these controllers seem to be hit or miss.

I bought it because my kids needed a new control but as soon as the 14 days were up it didnt work properly and it always turns off in the middle of the game. Not worth the price.

Controller stopped working after 2 weeks. Might move on to ps5

I like the controller but when is the wireless connection going to just work? why should I pay $60 for this controller and then have to spend another $20-$30 for an adapter to take out the lag. Stop making bad products

The only good thing of this controlers is the warranty with best buy beside that they only last around 3 month,, they are so expensive for a crappy material in the inside.

The Best Buy website was extremely lacking in information and details. This was not the discovered until after pickup and arriving back at my home. This item had to be returned as it was not compatible with the gaming system I have for my son.

I purchased in December and now the controller no longer works yet is no longer returnable after this short of a period?? Crazy

I have purchased 2 of these controllers thinking the first one was a fluke. They both lock up while in game play and you have to pull the battery to reset them. Definitely something up with the controller .

obviously functions as it's supposed to upon purchase. the last couple years of controller runs seem to wear down quickly. joystick drift comes quicker than ever and grip smooths out with minimal to moderate usage

These next gen controllers are made of a thinner and less sturdy plastic. At least it sure seems like it. This controllers’ thumb stick busted within two months of purchasing it.
