It was unable to maintain a connection to the console when an older controller was capable. No return postage was included for a return or exchange.

I bought one, great few days of play and nown wont connect to xbox. "Unreturnable" and no help. Thanks for a $60 paper weight. Won't be using best buy anymore. Amazon and ebay make best buy obsolete.

I receive toys in the mail with bubble wrap. Why would you not put bubble wrap for electronics?? Do better Best Buy. I will be returning this item.
