Posted .Hello,
We're sorry that your experience with this Xbox wireless controller didn't match expectations. Just to clarify, this controller does not come with a charging cable since it uses two AA disposable batteries. To connect to your Xbox or Windows 10 PC with a wired connection, you must purchase a standard USB-C to USB-A cable.
Hope that helps,
Chuck

Stick drift already!?!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it in June because I needed a controller and I liked the new color scheme. Didn't even last 4 months before I started to notice stick drift. It's infuriating that Microsoft can't figure out how to make their controllers last longer. They are hit or miss. I have a day one controller from 2016 that still works fine but this brand new model just didn't last.
