    The joystick was drifting less than 3 months of having the controller. This is the 3rd xbox controller I've gone through in less than a year. The same thing happened to the last controller too.

    Item is defective. Constantly loses wireless connectivity even with the USB dongle on my PC. This is a known issue with the new controllers, buyer beware!

You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.

    This controller stopped working 2 weeks after purchase and neither of the Madison Wi stores are taking phone calls. How am I to get a replacement?

    The right analog stick broke not even a month after I got it and best buy wont let me return it, never buying anything from this shady company again.

    I would say this controller feels a little awkward sometimes on your hands , also needs AA batteries

    The controller is nice light weight but the left stick already has a stick drift I got it in March it’s august

    The controller is just same as other regular controllers. Get Elite Series 2 controller instead.

    This controller isn't up to par with the old Xbox controllers. The button sticks and overall feels cheaper than previous iterations.

    Got this for my PC to play Xbox game pass. Every so often it would lost connection and the X logo button in the middle would keep blinking.
