The controller looks very nice and has a nice matte finish but some how its very slippery and made it hard to play video games. I would just get the regular xbox controller.

Just received this. Buttons randomly stop working when not connected through usb-c. Trash product, would not recommend.

Arrived damaged. The paint is chipped around the left joystick and is rough when rotating the stick over the area.

Had to return the first one because it was defective. Always excellent quality though. 2nd one no problems. Best Buy was excellent on the return

Great Controller Easy to use no bents or cracks and great design

Controller arrived with stick drift on the left joystick. It’s stuck with it constantly going up. Would not buy again.

Box was definitely mishandled and basically opened. The Xbox button doesn’t work all the time. I usually need to click it 2 or 3 times.

Died 4 months after purchase. Waste of my money. Its my fault for buying anything from Microsoft.

amazing controller feels perfect in hand only controller better is probably the Xbox ELite Series 2 but i love the grips and feel of this controller too very good for the price

Controller died less than a month after purchase (Christmas present). Replacement lasted approximately 2 months. The replacement was over a year old out of the box and Microsoft is fighting us on replacing this one. Our son has the two white ones that still work flawlessly that came with the Xbox and a blue one bought two years ago that works flawlessly as well. Just to give you the background that he takes care of his stuff. Come on Microsoft. Build a better quality product

Unfortunately, the controller joy stick had drift and the x button was non functional so i had to return the device.

Not too different from the Xbox One controller design wise but has some slight improvements. Controller doesn't feel light, has a firm textured grip, and includes a share button. I imagined that the d-pad might've been a bit of a step back since it looks similar to the abysmal d-pad on the Xbox 360 controller, but it functions very well and doesn't have that loose feeling. Only thing that takes me back from the controller is that I wished that the backside was Shock Blue and not White. Was a bit off-putting at first but am getting used to the sleek look.

I got it on sale for 44, and it's pretty great for that price. It's a standard series controller, which means it works great with PC which is what I use it for. I also use a retro flag super pack which gives it the capability to connect to Nintendo switch, which also works great. The color of the controller is also very pretty.
