When contacting Microsoft they said it’s not in warranty (90)because it was activated 2019!! I think Best Buy sold usreturned item for full price. I will be fighting this!

Beautiful color and feel, but has software issues

I also purchased it with the charge and play kit so I could wirelessly game too. Unfortunately as I've come to learn, these newer series x controllers have disconnecting issues which have been a problem since launch. It cannot stay connected while gaming via bluetooth so I have to keep it plugged in via usb to my PC. Hopefully microsoft will address this issue since its been many months.

If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

Has some major upgrades over XBox One controller
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This controller may look like the older XBox One controller, but there’s a few key differences and borrows a lot from the Elite controller. It’s slightly smaller, but not in a way that would hinder gameplay if you have larger hands. The D-Pad is a different design that allows a much greater range of motion, especially for platformers and fighting games. The controller and triggers have a raised texture, so you won’t slip up when you get sweaty palms. There’s a share button, but I haven’t used it much to really comment on it. The most significant change is the inclusion of DLI (Dynamic Latency Input), which greatly reduces input lag. This is a game changer if you play competitively, as this is something that even the Elite controller doesn’t have yet. So in some regards this controller has some major upgrades over the Elite controller at a fraction of the cost.
