I really wanted this controller when for the color. And I needed an new one. But I had to return it within 30 days because the triggers would stick. This wasn't even from heavy use. I ended return the 2nd one for the Elite controller.

If you buy these new controllers, get the warranty. Never had stick drift before from any Xbox console in the past. Now both the one with the console and this one are complete junk. Can’t even play it’s so bad. Even after cleaning and updating nothing helped. I never bothered with warranties on controllers before, but if I put money into another controller, bet I’m getting it. On another note, this controller broke before my original one. Not sure what they did differently when building these. If it wasn’t for the stick drift they are great.

The controller itself is fantastic and works perfectly. When it arrived at my house the box looked like it had been torn half off. The game pass 14 day trial card that it came with did not work(Said the code has already been used)

Great service, kept me updated consistently and was delivered fast and easy. The remote was in excellent condition when it was delivered and have had no problems.

This was a birthday gift. I haven't heard how good (or not) yet. But, if there was a problem, I'm sure I would get a call. So, no news, is good news.

It is an excellent product, it works perfectly and the materials are the best.

I bought this for work on a PC which is ironically developing XBOX games. 90 day warranty on a device is so pathetic or an obvious indicator Microsoft is fully aware of the issue... My warranty expired in mid-March of 2023 and literally a week or two later I encounter awful stick drive in the right thumbstick in the up direction within seconds of releasing any input on the stick. I tried to request an out-of-warranty (and out-of-my-pocket) repair but the nearest Best Buy that will service my request is over an hour away and despite being in Microsoft's hometown they won't allow me to just send it in (and pay because the pathetic 90-day warranty expire). This is an embarrassing lack of quality and Microsoft should be ashamed. Forcing customers to shell out an extra hundred bucks for the gimmicky "elite" controller to get a non-useless warranty is a scam, and I'm not even convinced they'd honor the warranty too considering the lack of Best Buy service centers that will accept them in a major US city and their unwillingness to accept the service request themselves. AWFUL PRODUCT

I'm using this with a quest 3 for cloud streaming. Works great with bluetooth.

It's great my kids enjoy using it. Very easy to charge and was affordable

Excellent, service and product. I definitely recommend best buy store.

Overall improved design. Bought to replace old worn out Xbox One controller. However it has issues with losing connection and constantly have to reconnect. Not a huge deal but in the middle of game play it becomes slightly irritating.

My son loves this controller; he says the grips are great and he plays better
