I'll never use mouse and key. They don't last TOO long but you can get a good 6 months out of it before you start experiencing minor issues. Nothing major.

This product was a open box dead and was perfect out of box. Thank you best buy.

He plays COD and 2k majority of the time. It comes with batteries, they lasted a good while. But, he already has the rechargeable batteries to swap in and out. Overall, great controller.

For it being brand new (not refurbished) that's the best deal your going to find any where. Believe me I looked and looked and pounced on this deal when it popped up. Thanks Best Buy

I use this to play PC games and its compatibility is fantastic. Great build quality and easy to configure.

Much nicer then previous models and it has a dry carbon appearance which not only looks cool but feels better in your hands. I had the same controller from years ago and upgraded it and this new one was much better. Just wish they were cheaper!

It feels like an upgrade with my Series X because of the grip improvements and slightly smaller size. I'm over 6' tall with pretty big hands and I like this controller better than the last version.
