I haven't had any issues with connectivity, buttons sticking, etc. Solid controller with a great design.

Better than PS5

Firstly if you have batter packs as soon as one battery dies just swap and charge that one and bam repeat the cycle. No connecting a cable to charge it.

Poor quality, inconsistent lifetime

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this controller and started getting stick drift after 1 month, then I went back and replaced it using my Best Buy warranty I bought and now my B button is not activating unless I press it harder than the other buttons. I usually have a controller last 3-6 months when I am playing 10-20 hours a week, I have been playing much less recently and I am still wearing these out way faster the last 2 times. Microsoft is cutting corners and if I could switch to PlayStation controller I would. But thinking about changing when I play competitive games sounds miserable

This will never be used, so I can only speak to the quality of the black unit that came with my Series X. Feels great in the hand. More solid than a Gen 1 X1 controller for sure. The share button is a great addition.

Synced right up and has textured grips that make the controller feel more pleasant.
