Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My biggest complaint isn’t necessarily about the controller its that best buy stopped selling everything u need to be able use it because now I’ve got two handicap controllers that all I can do is look at and think how fun games use to be.but aside from that why did best buy think it was a good idea to stop carrying the rest of the button kit that u have to have im at a lose because when ur handicap like i am ur whole world gets taken away and u have to find things that u use to enjoy doing and look for new ways to do them and the adaptive controller was a godsend for me so i got one and the kit and never had any problems for years but when it did go out I immediately got another and used my old button kit until they finally gave out and i got on best buy to buy another kit and low and behold they don’t sell em anymore talk about a kick in the nuts it felt like being handicapped all over again so thanks for that best buy

It's great if you don't mind having it plugged in but wireless isn't so great. I'm not the only one whose been having issues either. The controller itself feels great and doesn't feel it'll break after a fall.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

Photos don't do it justice. It feels solid in its construction, and while I do feel wary do to the terrible quality I've experienced with XBox Elite controllers, I've been reassured by others that the standard XBox Wireless controllers tend to be more durable. Time will tell. At this point, I can say nothing bad about this controller, aside from the fact that it doesn't have the nice, mouse-click-feeling buttons that are on my Razer Wolverine V2. In fact, the triggers on this XBox controller have a nicer feel than my Razer; they feel smoother and more solid. All in all, for the money you pay, this Starfield Edition XBox Wireless controller is a solid choice.
