    I had the previous Xbox One controller, and this one is almost exactly the same, except for the grip, and I believe the grip makes tons of difference, not in performance, but in the overall feeling.

    The new controllers have a different texture, and it's great! Feels much more solid in your hands, after a long gaming session. In addition, the new pad layout works much better than previous revisions.
