I purchased this remote control to replace my son‘s Xbox one remote that he lost and it was a perfect fit and works like a charm

Controller as far as fulfillment by Best Buy was perfect. Came on time as described. However, this is the second next gen Xbox controller I have bought in 6 months and both have the wireless connectivity issues which apparently are known by Microsoft and apparently have a fix coming and/or are already fixed on pc which is what I use mine for, yet I have tried all of the troubleshooting fixes and still have the same problems. Luckily both of my laptops have multiple usb 3.0 ports and when playing at a desk I don’t need to be farther than my longest cable will reach, but when you buy a WIRELESS product you expect to be able to use it WIRELESSLY. While I understand that this is no fault of Best Buy I do wish they would at least add a warning or something to prospective buyers being this is a WELL-KNOWN issue at this point and I imagine when trying to use an actual Xbox with these the hardwiring would be much more of an annoyance.

Perfect for our son. Every other store was out by the time our Christmas shopping procrastination came through. So glad Best Buy still had a good amount in stock!

Great controller and I love the color. Microsoft did a great job with this new controller. Similar to the previous generation, there is no need to change it.

Great controller. Works perfect, opened the box and connected straight to my computer no problems.

I love the colors on this thing. Slight damage from shipping on the box, and there was some debris on the controller when I looked at it (Lint, some dust) Seems to be open box sold as new. Still an amazing product, would recommend.
