Gorgeous controller that works well. No drift after a year and a half of use.

I really like the first party xbox controllers. They have a premium feel and very nice triggers. Must deduct one star because it's absurd that they still do not have built in batteries; Microsoft is now three console generations behind in this regard.

A great improvement to the previous Xbox One controller. This latest model has textured handles providing better grips during gaming. It also has a USB-C slot if you want to connect with a cable such as when I am gaming in a PC. The D-pad has also been improved with a depression and it is much better to find the home center without looking at the pad. Not to mention this shocking blue color is a new addition to the bunch and it looks striking as I normally have only black or white controllers in my arsenal. However, just for that shocking color, it costs more, even though as far as the design goes, it is the same as the other colors.

This controller feels great and is by far my favorite one I have ever had. This is the first non custom controller I have purchased in a long time. Hope this lasts forever!

The new xbox design of co trollers is superb. I love how the keep slowly releasing new options of colors. This red compliments the blue that i picked up a few months back!!

Love the controller!! It has little nubs where my hands go so that it is easy to grip and feels good. I like the red color - it is very vibrant and it is a GREAT addition.

It's purple. Who doesn't like purple? And it's basically just like the controller you get with the console. The same level of quality, and the same electronics inside. The fact that it takes standard batteries is a huge boon in my book. Honestly, the price is the only issue I have. All of the controllers are getting rediculous price-wise.

Durable, comfortable, and worth the money. I love the bright red color. I haven't had any issues with it and it has well over 500 hours of gaming on it.

I love this new version of the Xbox controller, especially the textured grip and the feel of the buttons, especially the added slight tactile click on the D-pad. It doesn't just feel like improved quality, it works better. And with Windows 10 now supporting Direct Connect if you have a Bluetooth adapter in your PC, it connects without the expensive wireless receiver required for the Xbox360 controller. As I said in my Xbox Series X review, I've had plenty of reasons to hate on Microsoft since getting into the IT business in 1976, but I have found nothing to dislike and a lot I enjoy about both the Xbox Series X and these controllers.
