This controller was a gift to my adult son. He requested this specific item for a Christmas gift. He has been using the product and has not requested a return or exchange. He would if he wasn't 100% happy with the controller. Therefore, it is my opinion that he is extremely pleased with the product!

So far, so good. Got a couple of these in different colors and assigned different logins for children on the X-box. No issues.

Controller feels great and looks great. There is alot of texture to this controller. Orignal got lost in shipping, but customer service was great and sent another.

I give all Xbox controllers a 4/5 because it always appears the stock drift will eventually come and taking them a part to clean them is a task if it was easier it would be a 5/5

I'm really glad I ordered the official controller and battery pack. Everything works perfectly on both my gaming build and my laptop. I like that it can charge and be plugged in to continue playing and that you don't need an extra charger as it has the usbc port as well. Really comfortably, good grip surface. Glad I went with the OG

Its an Xbox controller, but clear and also has rubberized grips on the back. Works great, looks great, and does what its supposed to do.
