Really a cool design, love the colors and easy to handle

This was purchased as a gift, but I want one for myself! The Blue is a fantastic color, and makes for a really sharp looking controller.

I needed a new controller for my PC and the nex Series X controllers had just been released and were on sale so it was a no brainer. I've always really enjoyed the newer Xbox controllers but this one just blew the last gen ones out of the water. The new grip and texture to the controllers just give them that extra touch of class. The color combination is just pleasing to the eyes and the new USB C connector makes life a little easier. If you don't own a usb C charging cable you will definitely want to get one for this controller.

Three boys, everyone's color coded, ever controller works how it should. I recommend getting rechargeable batteries versus store-bought and or alkaline. The rechargeables seem to last longer, the single-use ones really didn't. So unless you don't have backup batteries your kids are going to be really mad at you!

Price is fairly standard, but Best Buy offers so many perks with its credit card and membership. I have the geek squad on everything I buy from there which is all of my sons gaming stuff and I will continue to buy all my electronics and gaming things from Best Buy.

Great controller. Excellent feel. Sturdy construction. No wear in buttons, pad, or sticks. I am also happy I got this second controller free with purchasing a Best Buy Membership for a year and my Xbox (with one controller) at the same time.

Never used game controllers since 90s. This is a excellent easy to use controller. Not savvy with today's gaming systems. This was easy and fun

The new series X controller is one of my favorites. Microsoft made some nice overall improvements to the look, and more importantly, the feel. I use it for PC gaming. Previously tried a Steam controller but was never too fond of it. Then tried a PS4 controller but it was a pain to connect it and the button mapping (labeling?) not matching up was annoying. No complaints with the xbox and it doesn't require a separate dongle with windows anymore so that's a bonus.

I was worried about the smaller size, but it's not even noticeable. The D-pad is superior to the Elite 2 controller D-pad, and infinitely better than regular Xbox One D-pad. It's what the Xbox 360 D-pad should have been, and I hope Microsoft releases a limited edition 360 style controller for Series X/S with this superior D-pad and improved triggers and grip. Yes, the grips on this controller feel great in my hands. If you get this for PC, I highly recommend getting a wireless adapter as well because the Bluetooth connection is much less reliable.

One of the most coolest controllers ive seen. Totally made an amazing gift for my girl. One thing i do wish is that best buy double checks these, i bought 1 and opened it in the car and it was clear that someone had previously bought it and just returned it and there was sign on the outside of the controller being used. Best buy exchanged it no problem. But still
