I just don't give it a 5/5 cuz I know Microsoft's controllers aren't built very well, I'm expecting the sticks to wear and drift in short amount of time, which I plan to DYI repair when that happens. So that's something to keep in mind if you buy this.

Knew just what I wanted and the most convenient, immediate place I could get it. 5 minutes - including a quick browse about... Nothing too sexy about replacing a worn out XBox Contoller other than " WE need it now!" Best Buy - in this case - was the Best 'in a crisis' Buy. Never a question.

Solid Controller

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will start this review by saying this controller feels solid, it has great grip, buttons are responsive and it has a nice weight to it. I only wish Microsoft used hall effect sensors in their controllers, with enough use after a year or two this type of controller will suffer stick drift, I was able to purchase it on sale, I don't recommend paying the regular price for them.

Textured hand grips that make it easier to hold while maneuvering multiple buttons at once. Would reccomend to anyone whole plays on a pc or xbox.

Although hand feel is great they don’t last very long durability wise. This is my 3rd one in 1 1/2 years and I’m not rough with them and never drop them. Various things just tend to break on them. Last time it was the left joystick getting drift, before that it was the left bumper, and before that the B button randomly didn’t pop back after a press one day. It might be worth springing for the elite controller next time.
