Not happy with waranty exchange extra charges

Unfortunately they made me pay extra money in the exhange, even though i pay for yearly warranty coverage, also they had zero controllers in stock at the store, so i had to wait 5 days for them to ship me one from a warehouse

Except it has a nice textured grip on the back and a slick red look. Over all the controller has a great and familiar feel and really hasn’t changed a lot.

It has more grip on the back of the controller and the triggers are a lot more smooth. The all white colorway looks really nice too. Overall its a great controller!

Sucks that is not rechargeable , you have to buy the recharge pack or rechargeable batteries. Great quality nice and decent weight and overll very satisfied.

But anyone familiar with an Xbox one controller will immediately feel the difference on their hand. Smaller size with more grip! Also buttons have a nicer feel
