Battery life is alright. But for extended xbox use id recommend either rechargeable batteries for this controller or a wired controller.

Great standard Xbox wireless controller

Still working a year later with no issues. Obviously had been dropped hundreds of times but keeps on performing.

I'm not a pro player so I can't really nitpick here. I love it and the color scheme. Going to add the mod to get a few paddle butts eventually. But overall it's a great controller.

Blue Xbox X controller

He says it feels weightier and has a better grip. Likes it more than the first gen models and is a good backup to his Elite controller. Has some added features and responds well.
