Pieces are still sitting in the bag. They are expensive and complicated little pieces of monster machinery. You’re better off getting that warranty and swapping them out as you go.

I spent hours (including being on hold over 10 times) trying to find where my package was left in my apartment complex. The delivery driver took a terrible picture of the package when leaving and was awful trying to get a hold of when I could not find my package (how hard is it to leave at the main office?). Overall, product had no issues but I was disappointed in Best Buy’s delivery service company, “Roadie” and am unsure if I will be returning because of the lack of customer service from them.
