Would recommend a rechargable battery pack to pair with it so you are not replacing the AA batteries every month.

If not compared still a very decent controller with a better form factor than a PS5 controller. The buttons and triggers have good travel and seem quite sturdy. Overall a very good controller with a lot of potential.

Not built to last

I have never dropped it and it still looks great, but the controller turns off the second it is disconnected from a power cord and the A button often double clicks randomly when I press it a single time.

I live alone and it is easier being used or in a drawer being left alone. There’s not reason it was drifting in a few months.

The photos do it no justice at all. This is a great looking unique controller. Definitely a feel and play upgrade from a standard One controller.

It's great to hear that you love the updated design of your new Xbox wireless controller. We're sorry that there's an issue using it with your Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth, though. If you're still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.

If I had it to do over again...

It eats batteries like there is no tomorrow. It is constantly trying to pair with any Bluetooth device nearby. I can't be certain but I think it's even trying to pair with my dog. The light flashed the other day and the dog jumped up and started barking. Coincidence? Possibly but with how this thing acts I'm skeptical.

It had a tactile feel that gives better grip. The screen capture button is super convenient. It seems smaller and lighter. I haven’t used the “old” controller since the “new” guy moved in!
