It has a matte finish, so be warned if that's a texture you don't like. It feels a little bit less dense than the Xbox One S controller. I really like the D-Pad on this. So far, it works great on my PC.

Not a very pleasing Christmas gift, but it’s for the kids so they won’t care. Hope they both work :p

Appears to work well: no complaints. As for Best Buy, I don't shop there unless I absolutely have to. The customer service at the Green Bay store is horrendous.

BUT...it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I just received it on Jan. 7th. Although, when I ordered it said guaranteed before the 25th. I’m not sure what went wrong because I ordered it on Dec.15th.

So overall very good controller, but the reliability is not what it used to be.
