When I get home and open it, it does not have any batteries and the cable was just thrown in there. The item is suppose to include batteries and the cable is always properly packaged. Any unboxing youtube video will show exactly how the package is suppose to be.This was definitely a controller someone returned. I will be taking it back for a new remote.

It is not much different from the Xbox One controller but that is not a bad thing

The wireless remote gives you a much better gaming experience than the old fashioned wired ones. My son loves it so I would definitely buy again.
