PC Bluetooth TERRIBLE

Bought 3 PC gaming and gifts for others. Downloaded, drivers, etc Bluetooth would connect. All buttons works. Then half the buttons stop working in the middle of gameplay. Multiple times. Spent hours. Best Buy staff was helpful. C’mon Microsoft. With all due respect, Sony is doing big things and you guys can’t get Bluetooth down when it’s stated PC compatible. It should’ve be this difficult in 2020-21. But thanks Best Buy for good service

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

I'm not a hardcore gamer nor do I game many hours a week. However, I've gone through multiple controllers the brand new ones. I don't think i've had one last longer than a few months. The brand new one I just bought crap out on me and won't connect, and it's only been a few months. I have old Xbox controllers that I'm using no. That are years old dropped throne I don't know how many times they just have a few sticking buttons. Shame on you microsoft xbox, make a decent controller and stop gouging us in this ridiculously inflated economy.

While a decent controller in and of itself, it is not much of an upgrade to an XB1 controller. Even worse, it's sorely lacking compared to a PS5 controller. It still uses AA batteries and it lacks the fit and finish of the DualSense. If adaptive triggers ever get supported for the PC, it will be game over. Step up your game, Microsoft.
