Within 120 days, controller has MAJOR stick drift and is now garbage. Poorly constructed...has a 3 month warranty for a reason. Buy a higher quality product.

Poor quality control

It started having stick drift on the left analog stick. I bought another controller from Amazon and it had the same problem but only lasted for 4 months. It seems that Microsoft is having issues with quality control on their controllers. I take care of my controllers and I keep them clean. Having these controllers fail so frequently is unacceptable for how much they cost. I would except a $30 3rd party controller to fail this often, not a 1st party $60 one. I will never buy a 1st party Microsoft controller again. I decided to get an 8bitdo controller instead. The controller was nice when it worked. The trigger rumble was great, the new d-pad design was good, and the construction felt rigid. It was plug and play on my PC and Xbox. I just which Microsoft would make these controllers last longer.
