The controller package was open and the controller was broken. There was a note stating that returns needed to go through this 3rd party company. I contacted them and was re-directed to start the return process through Best Buy. It has been over a week and still no word on the return of the product or my refund. I will NEVER order anything through Best Buy online again.

They did absolutely nothing to compensate this disgusting biological offense. The controllers were covered in filth, food, and human debris.
