!! Don't buy "Open Box" !!

This was an absolute horrible mistake. Both sticks drifted super hardcore. I'll never try to save a penny buying an "open box" item ever again. No matter how much of a "deal" it may be. I'll buy "brand new", and register it with the manufacturer, so that I have the stores warranty and the manufacturers warranty.

While the build quality of the controller itself feels solid, the bluetooth connectivity on the controller is very unreliable. Sometimes it will function normally for an hour or more, and sometimes I deal with a dozen disconnects within a similar time period. Should be fine if you're using it wired.

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.

I have origional xbox controllers that still work and had many hours of play on them. We've had to purchase and repurchase these controllers because they continue to break or have stick drift.
