Compared to the new PS5 controller, this one is disappointing. It’s not that it’s a big deal, it’s just a controller and this IS JUST a controller. You won’t hate it, you won’t love it but if you need it you probably aren’t reading reviews on it so if you happen to be reading this the best advice I can give you is...buy a PS5 instead. From a retailer not a scalper.

Unfortunately, it also appears cheaply built and the earphone jack never seems to work right. Never had this issue with other Xbox Series X/S controllers. 3 stars because I'm going to assume that this is a factory error instead of design flaw?

Probably my most favorite design of any Xbox controller. And it is hard to beat the OEM quality from Microsoft.
