Red Xbox controller

The only real issue she has are the buttons compared to our other controllers take quite a bit of force for them to register, i can only assume this is just a manufacturing issue since these are mass produced.

Bluetooth doesn't work!

I was disappointed to find this controller states it works via Bluetooth, but it simply won't connect to my PC via Bluetooth. I have done all the updates on my computer, even the optional ones. I used a cord to update the controller as well. It still didn't work. After searching numerous forums I found this is a common issues. Either it'll never connect via Bluetooth or it will connect and disconnect constantly. One suggestion from Microsoft is to buy the wireless adapter for it to connect to instead of Bluetooth, that's just more money for them right. Sure I can connect via USB cable, but then what's the point of spending the extra money for a wireless controller? I am returning the controller and sticking to wired, which sucks because it would be nice to have a reliable controller without a cord in the way.
