Bluetooth to PC issues

It will disconnect for around 10 seconds, then reconnect, but you can imagine how detrimental this can be when in the middle of a game. I have updated the controller, updated my PC's drivers, ran "find and fix problems with Bluetooth", made sure the batteries are fully charged and high enough voltage and tried multiple pairs (Pale Blue batteries), controller is within range (only a couple feet from controller to dongle). So I'm not sure what the issue is. But when it isn't having connection issues I do think it's great and I love the color and feel of it (:

I've had that controller for 2 years and still have no issues. This one started having trouble 4 months into ownership. There was some stick drift occurring in March, but I didn't know that was the case at the time. By that time my warranty just passed. I only use my XBOX for media and occasional gaming. Never been thrown once in the months of ownership. XBOX/Microsoft will not talk to you about controller issues via chat or over the phone. I feel like I wasted money and stuck with this garbage unless i find a third party repair center. I say save your money and if possible go to Playstation. My controller of 5 years still works perfectly fine.
