Controller not working properly

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this controller it’s a really good controller but when I bought it from Best Buy the home button has to be pressed hard to work and the headphone jack is really loose luckily I have a 2 year warranty hopefully they didn’t give me this one because of my warranty but most likely it’ll be my last time buying here
