Controller is a warranty replacement.my years on xbox controllers with lite gaming use with majority usage from entertainment usage,apps,movies etc usage..typical 3 to 6 months...i HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADDED BEST BUY WARRANTY.COST EFFECTIVE .

Feel good in hand. However internal parts are cheap and the bumper tabs break and stop actuating the bumpers after to many presses.

Bought this for my son! He said it’s perfect and loved the color! The Easy curbside pick up made it even better!

The controller grip is everything on top of the fact that the color is Fire. This is literally my 4th one bought

They might have changed the battery pack slot design a bit, so be aware.

As usual the blue is the best color. I have not had many problems with these remotes.

Bumpers frequently go bad the past couple years. My first purchase my controller lasted me almost 2 years. Since Covid hit and all these controllers are only available from China, in a 2 year period I have purchased and returned/exchanged between 10-14 controllers.

This is the second controller I purchased in 3 weeks time. The left analog stick continues to drift after I let it go. This isn't acceptable. You can't play games with this defect. I will be returning it for a different one. I saw online that there has been an issue with this on Xbox controllers.

I purchased a open box item that was listed in a “like new” condition. The controller I received was well used and covered in hand grime from the previous owner. Returned it right away, I have purchased previous open box items that where is excellent condition. Not sure what happened here.

Look beautiful in my hands as I dominate my 6 and 9 year old in Madden. Or any other game they would like to be crushed in. Would give it 5 stars if they weren't so expensive.

If you’re considering this model, you might want to look into alternatives with more durable thumb sticks and better build quality. Super honest review—not worth the money.

Got this on black friday for i think 10 dollars off. Great price for a new controller
