They canceled my scheduled delivery that I made 6 weeks ago yesterday and told me to reschedule and they didn't give me a reason why or nothing, so I will never order anything from Best buy ever again!!! This is my first bad review of many to come for Best buy I will go everywhere I can to leave a bad review about this place because of what they did to me.... I lost so much money today!!

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest servicing update on Windows. You can find available windows update by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
