I bought it on sale and I was looking forward to used it. I connected to my android device to play deadcells and it kept crashing! I asked around and some friends told me to update it and I did. I worked for two days and then crashed again! Furthermore is batteries operated which sucks.

If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. It never got dropped. Looks like it is in perfect condition but stopped working. After the return window and of course I didn't buy the protection plan.

My husband tried to use it and it was defective, it kept disconnecting from his xbox. I went into the store to exchange it. Now, the new one that we got from the exchange is doing the same thing. He will be playing the game and in the middle of the game, it will disconnect from the xbox.
