I exchanged it hoping for a better one, but yet again, it has the same problem. I’ll just eat the cost and keep it as it doesn’t affect gameplay, but it is extremely annoying. Microsoft needs to work on their quality control.

It feels great in my hands and I love how responsive it is, the only thing missing is a better texture for grip, I ended up getting a skin for it and it improved the feel!

It was not usable and it only had a 30 day return period. I tried to fix the drift but nothing worked. Now it sits in a box useless. I don't play hard, never dropped it, and didn't throw it.

I feel like I'm replacing them every few month's. The joysticks get drift in them and the trigger button's stick. And for the price they could atleast come with rechargeable batteries in my opinion.
