The controller feels great to hold. The joystick buttons are smooth and precise, and the inputs don't lag. The only annoyance I had is that it did not come with a charging cord despite having the charging port and being capable (tested with a cord from another controller).

Had the controller for less than two months and it already has horrible stick drift and can’t return it. Won’t be buying controllers from Best Buy again.

I got this controller for my niece. It is exactly like the default black controller, but has a very nice color scheme. The surface seems as durable as the default one and of a high quality.

The back of the remote color is off but the front of the controller is design to perfection prolly wouldn’t last long with heavy usage every day the paint not real expensive to last a few good drops or a major drop it will dent or paint will come off must handle with care and it will be fine

Frustrated. No Xbox or ps5s so...Bought 3 Xbox controllers for pc gaming. 2 for gifts (worst part defective items as a present to others). Did everything they said online -updated, re drivers, everything. Best Buy staff helpful but c’mon Microsoft, bluetooth shouldn’t be an issue in 2020. Only half the buttons stop working not even full disconnect Bluetooth

      Hey Jason,

We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.

Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

      Hope that helps,

Controller stuck in 90s era of gaming. Cheap, directional pad is poorly designed, Xbox button sinks in and gets stuck, weak rumble, stick drift. I have to buy these every 3 months or so from wear.

Doesn’t work wirelessly with pc. Even with a firmware update it doesn’t work. Even plugged in I lay the controller down and it disconnects. Sometimes doesn’t even want to cut on. Now I understand why it was cheaper than the Xbox one controller. Save your money products isn’t good on PC.

When we purchased the controller we noticed it would lose connection randomly but i thought it was just a minor glitch. Today 2 weeks after purchase and coincidentally no longer returnable it won't connect at all! $70 wasted. I will not be buying another controller from here.

I have to constantly buy these because one random button or game stick breaks. I take care of my things but they just don’t build things to last otherwise you wouldn’t be a repeat customer.
