Great controller but my right trigger broke

I really like the matte finish on the controller compared to the glossy finish on the controller that came with my series s. But my right trigger has already broken which is very unfortunate. It still works but it doesn’t work like the left trigger.

I went to Best Buy to request an exchange and they were going to charge me the difference between the sale price I purchased at and regular retail price. This seems like poor practice.

If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.

It is not usable for the game unless it’s plugged in. The Bluetooth is horrible. It disconnects every three min. I have verified every driver is updated, Xbox software is installed. Makes this unusable for what I bought it for. I like wireless not being tied to the pc.

Horrible shipping, no improvement to controller

Also the controller is okay honestly they didn't improve much and feels used. Honestly Microsoft needs to put in rechargeable batteries its 2020 and we still getting AA batteries? Come on Microsoft.

The controller's A button starting sticking a month after using it. I called to get it replaced only to find out that i have to bring it into the store to do so. That is not an option for me as its a couple hours away from me. They said they would give me a replacement if i came in but i would need to buy another warranty for the replacement. Lesson learned...won't be shopping here again.
