Better than the no name brands and very comfortable for your hands to grip, even large hands. But buy rechargeable batteries and the warranty just in case the sticks start to drift.

Everything is great about this controller, other than the LB button not working after 1 week. No exaggeration, after 1 week the LB button only works like 10% of the time.

Remote works great if you want to get something similar to the elite remote but to pay less

It was broken out of the box so I took it back to the store, I got a new one and that one works well. However, I know that wasn’t supposed to happen so I’m sure it’s a great controller.

I have never had a Stick Drift issue with my Xbox controllers. Its crazy how common it is with Nintendo and sony controllers. The price increase is nuts considering they added one new button

Helps with pain after playing PC games for nearly a decade, works on Steam with community controller layouts and other platforms like Ubisoft, EA, Battle.net and more. Way more comfortable than a PS5 controller, and works wireless on Windows 10/11 with no need for adapters or hassle of wired connectivity. Buy a rechargeable battery pack (usb-c) to insure the controller rocks for 60+ hours.

Paint is cheap. I have owned this for 3 days and it is already coming off the edges of the controller socket. Look for another controller.

Bought this to link to gaming computer and it stopped working in 2 days. Bought another and it died same day. Went to a wired Xbox controller and it is good to go.

I was looking for a second backup controller for when my current one finally dies and came across this beauty. I was surprised to find that the back has a gripped texture rather than just the plastic which makes longer gaming sessions much more comfortable. All of the button and joysticks move fluidly and don't impede at the worst possible moments like my old controller. My only con to this controller is the screenshot button so close to the other two middle buttons. I keep hitting it accidentally and its frustrating. Overall I would recommend this to anyone not only looking for a great-functioning controller but also an atheistically pleasing one as well.

The buttons continue to get stuck. After purchasing it, I came across reviews that states others are experiencing the same issue.

I received my updated controller with my Series X, and I immediately became a fan of the new textured grip and share button. However, after playing games for any extended period of time I noticed pain/strain in my hands that had never occurred with my older Xbox One controllers. After looking into the changes, it turns out the new controller size has been reduced to better fit smaller hands. Unfortunately this is an unwelcome change for someone with larger hands, and I had to switch back to my original Xbox One controller on my brand new Series X. This may not be an issue for many, but it's a very big issue for me. If the size had stayed the same as the outgoing Xbox One controller I would give this 5 stars, but being unable to use it for longer periods of time without pain is a huge drawback.

This was my 2nd controller from best buy that misperformed. This one got a sticky right trigger somehow. These new controllers are very buggy and misperform easily.
