Bought this as a Christmas gift for my nephew. It was perfect. His favorite gift of the day. It was everything I hoped it would be. The Best Buy staff were excellent in helping me pick out the gift and check out was quick and simple.

Controller is better quality than the one that comes with the xbox

The greatest controller design of all time. They really can't make too many changes to perfection,just keep adding on maybe.

The right joystick was drifting upon receipt. The defect would have easily been diagnosed with simple tools at the warehouse. I tried to return it in store, but they refused to refund the order since the serial number on the controller did not match that of the box. I called bestbuy support and they said that I should just return it via shipping to them and they will take care of it. Overall, if the refund goes through, this will be an unfortunate but good experience. But I will think twice before purchasing another used item from Bestbuy.

Its not as cool as the PlayStation 5 controller, but its the Xbox controller we've come to love from Microsoft, reliable, no issues

An amazing next gen controller with a great comfortable design. It fits great in the hand and I love that it uses USB-C to charge. The Xbox button on the controller even lights up blue when turned on. Highly recommend!

Bought this controller for my son best buy usually has good colors

My grandson uses this for his gaming laptop to play other games. I didn't know yoi could even do that. Technology is booming

possibly the best controller I've purchased. The grip feels comfortable in the hand and the share button is quite nice. Just one click and records captures. You can set the button muliplebdifferent ways for your convenience.

Great controller needed to get a replacement from a controller i had years ago this is a newer version from what i had before better quality too

Mmmmmm so silky smooth, the grips feel like melting butter on a house on the prairie, the buttons like a smooth babies bottom. Seriously the Xbox controller is the one to beat it was like they modeled it just to my medium sized hands.

It's a video game controller that works a lot like any other video game controller if you are familiar with those. Highly recommended

I bought this XBox One controller at $20 off the regular price. It's always handy to have an extra controller around. It works well with games on my tablet, laptop.
