    It’s an Xbox series controller which is slightly different than Xbox one controllers. So rechargeable battery that come with the charging docks aren’t doing to fit with their open back cover. Buy new ones that will work

    It works great. It would be 5 star if it came with the rechargable battery pack and also had the option to use regular batteries. Otherwise it's a nice remote
