    Purchased this one year ago, and low and behold something went wrong with the unit. Luckily we had purchased the insurance. No fuss, no problem. Just filled out forms, and soon a refund was received. We then ordered another with the offered insurance. Our 11 year old grandson was happily playing his favorite games once again.
